The second half of April was decorated with incredibly wonderful Asian cultural events.
During the cultural fair of Vytautas Magnus University Asian Week in Kaunas, visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with the cultures of East Asia, play unusual table games, buy Asian snacks or books, and meet like-minded people.
We are happy that our institute's lottery has received great interest here, and by introducing Chinese culture, we have given visitors the opportunity to learn calligraphy skills and characters, dress up in Chinese Hanfu clothing, and create their own selfie.
In addition, visitors had the opportunity to learn therapeutic breathing exercises presented by sports instructor Junli Wang. It was a unique opportunity to try these traditional Chinese exercises and gain new knowledge about health.
We organized a calligraphy workshop at Vilnius University, presenting the essence of Chinese calligraphy and giving an opportunity to try calligraphy on rice paper.
The courtyard of Vilnius University was alive with the rhythm of Chinese sports for two days: one day master Wenming Liang presented the essence of qigong and taiji practices, and our partners and friends Shaolin Temple Lithuania crowned the sports performances with an excellent demonstration program, which, we believe, impressed many and maybe even created a desire to try.
